WHO WE ARE

At Linde Group, we are focused on the elemental things that make a company great and lead to successful long-term relationships. First and foremost, we are dedicated to quality.

In addition, as a values-led company, we operate at the highest level of integrity. We invest in long-term relationships with our clients by helping them efficiently determine their needs. We seek to constantly improve their use of, and relationships with, the technology that supports their business plans.

WHAT WE DO

We take care of our clients’ servers, desktops, and networks on an ongoing, long-term  basis. We also provide strategic consulting to help our clients get the most out of their existing technologies and best align their technology decisions and purchases to further their business goals.

We are both strategically and tactically focused. We take time to understand the big picture goals for each of our clients and then implement technology in alignment with those goals. We educate our clients and help them to make informed choices with respect to technology. The success of our clients is important to us, and we are devoted to making it happen through proactive planning, problem solving and customer empowerment.

About Paula Kingsley

I am a skilled and personable IT consultant who can speak and write coherent, jargon-free English for my clients. I have over 15 years of experience building and supporting corporate networks for small to medium businesses in New York. I have recently relocated from Manhattan to the SF Bay Area (where I was born and raised) to be near family, and am now working for The Linde Group, a Berkeley-based technology consulting firm that has been in business since 1989. As a member of the Linde Group team, I work with Microsoft Windows servers, Exchange and SQL servers, Active Directory, network security, remote access, handhelds/Blackberries, backups, antivirus, network printing, corporate desktop management, and act as liaison between the business owners and outside vendors as needed. We focus on the long-term relationships with our clients.
