What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a deep, relaxed, and concentrated state in which the subconscious mind can he reached with corrective suggestions to bring about changes the individual wants to make.
Most of us are hypnotized several times a day when we watch TV or read, getting into the story or emotional drama. When our attention is engaged, our consciousness is in the story, not the physical place where we are. This results in a shift in our state of consciousness, similar to hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a tool, not a magic wand.
Sometimes people expect to change ingrained habit patterns with one or two sessions However, it may take a little longer to change old patterns as the subconscious mind does not always give in without a struggle.
While other methods may take an extended length of time and numerous visits, Kay’s clients get in touch with their inner powers to change very quickly. Each client and Kay co-create a personalized audio tape for daily, at-home practice to achieve the desired results.
