Julia Ten Eyck is a family law attorney, mediator and children’s advocate with the Law Office of Julia Ten Eyck in San Francisco. Julia’s early experience assisting indigent individuals as a legal services intern, and her many years representing parents and children in juvenile court, dealing with such issues as spousal abuse, child neglect and civil rights, have had a profound impact on her approach to the practice of matrimonial law. Exposed to the courtroom from the first week she began practicing, Julia believes that the best service she can give to her clients is to seek realistic and attainable solutions to their cases. She knows that she is meeting clients at one of the most difficult and stressful times in their lives, and that she can help them reach a resolution with dignity and compassion. Julia received her law degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1982, and served as a Deputy City Attorney in San Francisco until 1996. For the past ten years, she has specialized in family and children’s law. Her practice areas include divorce, domestic partnership dissolution, child support and custody matters, enforcement proceedings and the negotiation of prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements. Julia is a past member of the Lawyer’s Club Board of Governors and the Board of Directors of Community Boards in San Francisco. She has been featured in the San Francisco and Los Angeles Daily Journal.

Hi,
I could shoot myself for not taking those papers over to the court house today and filing them. Did you file them today? If not, will you file them tomorrow? I really feel a pressure that this needs to be done now. I remember you had speculated that we’d be in court by mid-May and that sounds good to me. why doesn’t your email address work?
