I have arranged to have Doug Nesbit, the Vice President of CMG Mortgage to come speak about the most revolutionary mortgage product I’ve ever seen. (And I’ve seen a lot!)
Living in the Bay Area all my life, I am very much aware that many residents have to sell their homes at retirement and leave their community of family and friends. They have to move to less expensive area of the country where they know nobody. They do this at a time when they are going to need family and friends the most. This mortgage will allow Bay Area home owners to either pay off their homes before retirement or be able to live in their family homes in retirement. Pretty cool.
The best part is it doesn’t require a change in the borrower’s sending habits.
Since the members of BNI are my sales force. I’m taking this oppurtunity to allow you to be involved in the leading edge of mortgages. Don’t worry the seminar is desinged to be informative and is not a sales job to get you to refinance. In fact there will be other mortgage brokers there to learn about the program also.
