Heylin Consulting Group is the PC/Microsoft Windows technical support resource for Embarcadero BNI, catering to desktop PC and small server users in professional service and other industries. We guide clients in making purchase decisions for Windows-based laptop, desktop and server systems, customized installation and configuration, migration of data and applications, data backup, Internet connectivity, file and peripheral sharing, and smart-phone synchronization. We troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software problems, and offer remote connectivity to provide fast, immediate help, often without the need for onsite visits. We coordinate with other members of the Embarcadero BNI “Tech Power Team” to complement their focus on telephone systems, server solutions and Macintosh computer platforms.
