Greetings, I am representing the Homeowner’s Association at 734 14th St near Church in San Francisco. We are looking for bids for replacing the windows on our 4 story condo building. We expect to sign a contract with Modamas for the painting by Sept 1 with work to proceed fairly soon after, so will have a scaffolding up for 45 days for the painting, and want the window replacement to happen first. Is this something you would be interested in bidding on?
