Organizational Development & Strategic Planning
Without a well-developed plan or a solid infrastructure, a nonprofit may have the best of intentions but not succeed in accomplishing its mission in the short- or long-term. Articulate Integrity conducts many full-scale organizational assessments every year, for both large and small agencies. With an experienced eye, our consultants recommend and guide leaders forward to both develop and implement a solid plan that ensures a successful outcome.

Facilitation/Mediation
Retreats are always well-meaning, but often, there is no clear or set plan to move forward, with a detailed “To-Do” list and designated “Task Managers”. Articulate Integrity has decades of experience developing and facilitating all types of retreats and work sessions that actually accomplish the stated goals. We help staff and board focus, leave the meetings with clearly defined objectives and deliverables, and participants are well-prepared to carry out the work agreed to in each session. We use a business planning approach, which requires accountability at each quarter of the coming years.
